This class is taught by:
If you're over 60, recovering from injury or looking to start a fitness program, this class is for you! The focus is on functional fitness - keeping you strong and flexible for everyday life: reaching, bending, lifting, and walking. Move at your own pace and you will get stronger with regular workouts!
 
Class Perk: a free 15 min discussion after class, on successful aging led by our Master Instructor and Positive Aging Coach, Sharissa Reichart. Topics include lifestyle issues, nutrition, vision, hearing, and pelvic health. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and get answers. Join us!
