
What's your Class like: Great music with lots of interval training and active recovery to help with endurance and explosive power. We'll work over a large range of RPMs to cater to everyone's strengths and weaknesses.
Favorite part about class? Seeing people really push themselves past their limits and make breakthroughs and hit their goals.
Music: My music genres will change because I like to cater to as many people as possible and it’s a great way to discover new music and artists! I tend to focus on EDM and techno but I love a good remix and sometimes we have to get down and dirty with hip hop and rock.
Life Beyond BYKlyn: I'm a full time trainer, so if i'm not in this gym I'm in another either working with clients or playing around with the weights. #gymrat
