What’s your class really like: Motivating, Inspiring, and Challenging! My goal is to help you bring out the best version of YOURSELF. Remember these 3 rules each and every time. 1. What is fueling you to drive forward? 2. Hydration is key, have your water nearby. 3. Get in YOUR ZONE.

What’s your music vibe: Predominantly Hip-Hop & R&B. There may be an occasional twist of Afrobeats and some old school anthems.

Favorite part about class: The feel good accomplishment of knowing I helped bring you that much closer towards your goal(s)

Life beyond BYKlyn: I'm a Hip-Hop Performer, Artist, Producer and Strength Coach. I also love to travel to exotic and adventurous places and countries. Everyday I'm on a constant mission to out work and improve the "Man in the Mirror"....my biggest competition.

Anything else you want us to know: 15+ years of Fitness & Wellness has literally saved my life from being a 13 yr old overweight teen. (326lbs). Nothing is impossible!!

Arthur "A.R" instructs the following:
  • Strength & Conditioning
  • If your goal is to improve your strength, power and athleticism, then this is your class. Expect a variety of exercises focusing on upper body, core and lower body– always fun with great music. If you take my class often (and I hope you do) you’ll see new movements with equipment like kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands and TRX. Each class will begin with a dynamic warm up, stretching your body to be ready to move. We will end with our cool down to focus on more static stretching and recovery.
