Here’s what to expect:
Pre-Session: Fitness Assessment – Buy the trial pack and you get our signature BYKlyn assessment for FREE ($100 value) Get a full picture of your strengths, movement patterns, and areas for growth using an In Body scan, VO2 Max testing and more.
Session 1 – Meet your trainer, review your goals, history, and assessment results. Then try a workout that explores different weights, movements, and training styles. We’ll learn not only what challenges you, but also what you enjoy.
Session 2 – Your trainer designs a personalized, challenging workout based on everything learned in Session 1, giving you a true taste of ongoing training.

Leading the BYKlyn training team is Master Coach Tuesday Dunn-Blue—or simply Coach Tuesday. With 10+ years of experience at top studios (Equinox, F-45, Pongo Power) and her own successful training business, she brings expertise, creativity, and genuine care to everything we do.
As Head of PT, Coach Tuesday ensures:
Every client gets matched with the right trainer
Programs are built on evidence-based strategies and sustainable habits
Support for all levels: beginners, athletes, and clients recovering from injury
Outside the studio, Tuesday fosters rescue dogs, loves to travel, and yes - Tuesday really is her name.
