
Our signature ride: 45 minutes of pure cycling class fully programed with great music and consistent variety. Suitable for all levels—the workout is as intense as you make it.

This all level combo class gives you the best of both worlds: 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of full-body functional strength training in our front studio.

Expect 40 minutes of powerful cardio cycling followed by a 5-minute arm finisher off the bike.
