Tuesday instructs the following:
  • Strength & Conditioning
  • If your goal is to improve your strength, power and athleticism, then this is your class. Expect a variety of exercises focusing on upper body, core and lower body– always fun with great music. If you take my class often (and I hope you do) you’ll see new movements with equipment like kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands and TRX. Each class will begin with a dynamic warm up, stretching your body to be ready to move. We will end with our cool down to focus on more static stretching and recovery.

  • Lift Heavy
  • Wanna lift heavy weights? Have you been hesitant to pick up that 20 pounder in class? Join Brennen for this special class focusing on fundamental and foundational movements like squats, bench, deadlifts and more. Come to get strong, gain muscle, build confidence and learn about lifting heavy. Note: this is not a cardio class. The pace is slower and it’s all about lifting.

    Brennen is a professional powerlifter with 10+ years of lifting experience. He’s also a personal trainer (Equinox) and entrepreneur who is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. A Brooklynite for 8 years, vegan for 4 and a master of meal prep!
