What’s your class really like: My class offers a healthy challenge. It will push you to the edges of your limits and remind you that you’re capable of more than you ever expected.
What’s your music vibe: I’m genre-agnostic and vibe-led. Sometimes the vibe is techno/house/EDM for endurance and longer effort build-ups. Other times the vibe is pop/rock/reggaeton for high intensity interval and race day training. Don’t be surprised if you catch me playing other international artists or classical mashups too!
Favorite part about class: My favorite part of class is when the entire group locks in and really goes for it, riding on the same wavelength. Those are the moments when magic happens - when I see riders are deploying a combination of emotion and effort, heart and muscle.
Life beyond BYKlyn: I’m a product manager to the people! Currently working on a global marketplace for legal talent. When not living that product life, I’m living that cycling life - prospect loops are my default but always looking to explore and ride farther!
Anything else you want us to know: I inadvertently became a pet owner of a pandemic parakeet that found its way into my apartment last summer, and then into my heart…and ear drums.

My class provides an incredible full body workout to an eclectic playlist. I give group and individual instruction on exercise technique along with fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle tips to carry you far beyond my class.
What’s your music vibe: My playlist blends 2000’s pop/punk rock and melodic metalcore that provides dramatic vocals, emotional choruses, and dynamic breakdowns to help propel you through an intense full body strength workout.

Getting to know the members of BYKlyn and being able play a small role in supporting their health and fitness goals.

High-energy, hype and beat-driven playlists, and wildly welcoming. I build experiences that push you without punishing you—where form meets fun and every body belongs. Expect to find your rhythm in a sweaty celebration of strength, grit, and joy. We'll climb, hit the intervals, and always move with intention. Come as you are. I’ve got you. Obsessively curated playlists are my guilty pleasure. I might take you uphill by way of 80's rock, and then into downhill interval sprints on beat with Gaga and friends. In my class, you may sing, you may dance, and yes, you may ask me to share the playlist!
Favorite part about class:
I’m all about the end. Count on me for a good finale - the ‘Go Home’ energy that builds up until we all just cash out, floor it and hit the end. The juicy feeling of empowered as we build to that moment? It really is worth the squeeze, literally. Let's go!

Fun facts: I'm a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, 200hr Yoga Teacher, Kettlebell Coach, and a doctoral student at Vanderbilt (aka: forever nerd). I'm also a proud mom of two cool little humans, and a public educator of 14 years. I'm also a big fan of true crime, bookstores, cheese, and children (mine and yours), surfing, and succulents.

What’s your class really like:
My Pilates fusion class touches on every part of the body to both strengthen and stretch for longer leaner muscles. My goal is to make you feel taller and stronger with a solid core and a deeper understanding of the brain body connection. I like to come from a functional foundation with a challenge at every corner!
What’s your music vibe: Groove and Glow with a pop of flair

I love the feeling of camaraderie while people start to take challenges in different positions. We all got this team!

I am also a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant so please feel free to share and ask questions about modifications! I would love to get to know each one of you on and off the mat. Come chat before/after class about any and all, whether that be about a specific injury or a special event in your life!

Life beyond BYKlyn: I am a high school special education teacher by day and love it! Be ready to hear some great stories in class.
Anything else you want us to know: I have 3 cats and a cute mini goldendoodle and I am currently training for my 8th full marathon! I love how spin is the perfect addition to all of my training needs!
